Meanwhile, Dale discusses a trade agreement with visiting South American leaders, and step-mom Emily (Jenna Elfman, Dharma and Greg) tries to make peace with Dale’s daughter Becca (Martha MacIsaac, Superbad). 1600 Penn premieres Wednesday, Jan. 9 at 10:30 p.m. on Citytv.
