How I Met Your Mother (s/CBS): Monday, November 30 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pmMT)
When the bartender at MacLaren’s gets into a fight with some patrons sitting in the gang’s favorite booth, Ted (Josh Radnor) and Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) decide to back the bartender up and get into their first fight. Ted wants to prove he’s not the pathetic guy who got left at the alter and Barney wants to impress Robin, (Cobie Smulders) who thinks fighting is sexy.

The final four contestants go home to reunite with family and friends, and learn that when they return to the ranch, they’ll face their toughest challenge yet – running a full (26.2 mile) marathon. It’s a daunting challenge, but cheering them along the way will be some familiar faces from the previous season -- season seven winner Helen Phillips and finalists Tara Costa and Mike Morelli, plus a surprise visitor to cheer Rudy on. Later, it’s the very last “last chance workouts” with trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels before a final weigh in determines who the two definite finalists will be – and which two contestants fall below the dreaded yellow line, leaving America to vote which one will be the third finalist to compete for the grand prize of $250,000.

After a challenge from Britta (Gillian Jacobs), Jeff (Joel McHale) must find a girl for a double date with Pierce (Chevy Chase) and his new girlfriend. Meanwhile, Britta and Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) help Annie (Alison Brie) get an anatomical education for a presentation she must give at a special health fair for the school.

After Leslie (Amy Pohler) finds out that Tom (Aziz Ansari) is getting a divorce, the department takes him out on the town to cheer him up. Meanwhile, Andy (Chris Pratt) tries to hustle Mark (Paul Schneider) in a game of pool.
30 Rock (s/NBC): Thursday, December 3 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT, 10:30pm MT)
The tables are turned when production begins on Liz's (Tina Fey) new talk show, “Dealbreakers,” and she experiences what it's like to walk a mile in Jenna's (Jane Krakowski) shoes. Jack (Alec Baldwin), dealing with pressure from Devin (guest star Will Arnett), calculates how to make "Dealbreakers" a success. Meanwhile, Tracy (Tracy Morgan) takes on the ultimate Hollywood challenge in order to prove his commitment to his wife (guest star Sherri Shepherd). Everyone pitches in to help Tracy reach his goal, including Kenneth (Jack McBrayer), Dotcom (Kevin Brown), Grizz (Grizz Chapman) and even Whoopi Goldberg.
Ugly Betty (s/ABC) Friday, December 4 at 9pm ET/PT (8pm CT, 10pm MT)
In the steamy Bahamas, the love triangle between Betty (America Ferrera), Matt (Daniel Eric Gold) and Amanda (Becki Newton) explodes, and romantic pairings abound. Things should be dreamy at the Atlantis resort, where even Shakira (guest star Shakira, as herself) is staying, but Betty has a nightmarish photo shoot after Willie (Vanessa Williams) learns her nemesis, Penelope Graybridge (guest star Christie Brinkley), snagged a coveted job, and, even more importantly, discovers Connor (Grant Bowler) is very much alive. Marc (Michael Urie) frets that there is no one on the island for him, but then meets the uber-hot Troy (portrayed by Matt Newton, Becki Newton's brother), and back home, Hilda (Ana Ortiz) draws closer to her old love, Bobby (Adam Rodriguez).
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (s/ABC): Sunday, December 6 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT)
In Clarksville, Tennessee – celebrity volunteers Usher and Selena Gomez guest in the episode -- to give Trina Scott and her three daughters the good news that their problem-ridden home would be rebuilt in just seven days. After Trina’s husband, Police Officer Dave Scott was killed in the line of duty, Trina turned to a group called Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc. (C.O.P.S.), which helps the surviving family members of officers killed on the job. Inspired by the help she received from C.O.P.S., Trina devoted all of her free time to the organization and became its President in 2003. The time that Trina dedicates to C.O.P.S. represents essentially a full-time job, and that’s on top of the full time job she works to support her three daughters. Trina has spent more than $20,000 on the mounting repairs to her small home, but the structural problems caused by termites and water damage remain.
