TORONTO (September 12, 2012) With less than a month to go until the eagerly awaited series premiere of The Bachelor Canada, the pressure to impress bachelor Brad Smith mounts as the third group of bachelorettes were revealed this morning, exclusively on Breakfast Television. The Bachelor Canada premieres Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Citytv.

From a yoga instructor and trial lawyer, to a model/neuroscientist and grad student, this week’s eligible bachelorettes hoping to win Brad’s heart are (in alphabetical order):

·         Britany, 23 (nurse), from Swift Current, SK
·         Michelle B., 27 (yoga instructor), from Newmarket, ON
·         Stephanie, 32 (model/neuroscientist), from Montreal, QC
·         Tina, 26 (trial lawyer), from Thunder Bay, ON
·         Tracy, 28 (grad student), from Victoria, B.C.

Following their national debut on Breakfast Television this morning, bachelorette bios and candid personal videos are now available to fans across the country on BachelorCanada.ca. Tune in to Breakfast Television again next Wednesday, Sept. 19 for the fourth of five bachelorette reveals, sponsored by Schick Hydro Silk, leading up to the October 3 premiere.

As the drama unfolds this fall, will Britany’s small-town roots and family ties win over Brad? Will Michelle B.’s past as a CFL cheerleader score her a touchdown? Or will Stephanie’s world-travelling, Tina’s impressive career, and Tracy’s psychology masters make it too hard for the bachelor to choose? This October, the third group of women looking for a rose will embark on their once-in-a-lifetime love journey on The Bachelor Canada alongside previously announced bachelorettes Chantelle (Sylvan Lake, AB); Clarice (Toronto); Fawn (Ajax, ON); Gabrielle (Oakville, ON); Laura F. (Winnipeg); Melissa Marie (North Vancouver, B.C.); Michelle V. (Calgary); Rebecca a.k.a. “Bubba” (Toronto); Sophie (Moncton, N.B.); and Whitney (Calgary).
