Monday, June 4:

“Austin Auditions – Part 1”
They say everything is bigger in Texas, so celebrity judges Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Howard Stern head to Austin, to see if this rings true for the talent. See everything Texas has to offer as the auditions continue in the search for America’s best talent act.
 
Hell’s Kitchen:9pm ET/PT, 8pm CT, 10pm MT

“18 Chefs Compete”
Feared and revered celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay serves up an all-new season of the hottest competition in cuisine, with the Season 10 premiere of Hell’s Kitchen. In part one of the two-part season premiere, 18 hopefuls compete for the head-chef position at acclaimed restaurant Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas. The first challenge splits the group into two teams as they prepare their signature dishes for Chef Ramsay. The winning team is treated to dinner prepared by Season 3 winner Rock Harper and Season 6 winner Dave Levey, while the losing team is left to scrub the kitchen clean.

“Murdoch in Wonderland”
A man is found murdered at an Alice in Wonderland costume party. All clues point to the guest dressed as the Mad Hatter, but Murdoch (Yannick Bisson) was the Mad Hatter.

“It’s Time to Kill the Turtle”
When Frank (William H. Macy) gives up drinking, Sheila (Joan Cusack) worries he'll no longer be attracted to her. Meanwhile, a distracted Fiona (Emmy Rossum) barely has time to notice Steve's (Justin Chatwin) suspicious behaviour as she scrambles to find a better job.

With beautiful Bermuda as this week’s exotic back-drop, Emily wastes no time enjoying the city as she hits the historic streets of St.George on a romantic one-on-one date. Later, two men are tasked with a dreaded two-on-one date, where they cliff-dive and enjoy romantic dinner in a cave. In the end, one of the men gets a rose and the other is sent packing. After a dramatic rose ceremony, 10 suitors remain to accompany Emily on the next leg of her romantic journey in London, England.
 
Tuesday, June 5:

“Austin, Texas Auditions – Part 2”
The exciting search continues in Austin, Texas as judges Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Howard Stern, along with host Nick Cannon, look for the biggest and brightest talent across The United States.
 
Hell’s Kitchen: 9pm ET/PT 8pm CT, 10pm MT
“17 Chefs Compete”
In part two of the Season 10 premiere, the teams compete in a squid-cleaning race, where the winners enjoy an exclusive dinner prepared by Chef Gordon Ramsay. The next day, they endure a gruelling training session before the restaurant’s second dinner service. However, the chefs fail to perfect their tasks, leaving the disgusted dinner service guests outraged. Then, the disappointed guests turn the heat up in the kitchen when they decide to take matters into their own hands.
 
Wednesday, June 6:

Founders of Anytime Fitness, Chuck Runyon and Dave Mortensen, spend a week in an impoverished Oklahoma City neighbourhood. While undercover, the men attempt to live on just $75, and learn more about the community while volunteering with individuals with special needs and at-risk youth.
