Hell’s Kitchen: Monday, July 25 at 7pm ET/PT/ MT (6CT)
The lines are blurred this week after the Blue Team loses their second member in a row and Chef Ramsay insists that one of the ladies cross over to join the men. Carrie volunteers but it is Chef Ramsay who has final say. Then, it’s time for each team to get their hands dirty with the “Mommy & Me” challenge – serve lunch to 50 frenzied toddlers and their mothers. The losers are subjected to another night in Hell’s Kitchen while the winning team heads out for some old-fashioned fun on a night out at Medieval Times. Next, the teams are back in full swing for “Family Night” dinner service. While the Red Team is off to a promising start, they quickly lose momentum and tension between the ladies threatens to put them on the chopping block for the first time. Will they be able to keep their winning streak going strong or is it time for one of them to hang up her chef’s hat for good?
The Bachelorette, Season 7 (s/ABC): Monday, July 25 at 8pm ET/PT (7CT, 9MT)
Romantic adventures await Ashley and the final three bachelors — Ben F., Constantine and J.P. — as they travel to Fiji and the possibility of intimate overnight dates. There’s electricity and passion in the air during these sand and surf excursions, as Ashley continues to explore what her future would be like with each one of these potential partners, and is faced with extending an invitation to each bachelor to spend the night in a “fantasy suite.” Ashley kicks off her tropical adventure by spending an afternoon on a luxurious yacht with charismatic Ben F. Next, Constantine and Ashley take a spectacular helicopter tour over the lush Fiji Islands. The next day, Ashley is shocked to find that one bachelor has returned, traveling all the way to Fiji in hopes of getting Ashley to look at their relationship with new eyes and invite him back into her life.
On her last date this week, Ashley surprises J.P. with a sea-to-air adventure as they take off in a seaplane over the panoramic seascape. After an emotional deliberation, she moves cautiously to the rose ceremony, where she and the final two bachelors toast to continuing their adventure in Fiji, where they will next meet her family! Her journey to find love is quickly coming to a close.
Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition (s/ABC): Monday, July 25 at 10pm ET/PT (9CT, 8MT)***Season Finale***
A 34-year-old married mother of one, Krista had it all, until one fateful day in 2006 when she discovered her then two-year-old daughter had suffered a seizure. Everything in Krista’s world changed at that point, including her weight. Now, at the morbid weight of 445 pounds, Krista knows that if she doesn’t get help immediately, she could lose her life - and her daughter could lose her mother and greatest advocate. To ensure each of her four, three-month weight-loss goals are met, Chris takes Krista to a Texas motor speedway where she must push a race car around the track. In the midst of her one-year journey, and with her daughter and husband looking on, Chris tests Krista’s fitness level as she tries to complete the Disneyland ½ Marathon. With new goal weights set every three months, the challenge is constant. The sole variable is Krista. With Chris’ proven transformation tools set in place, the only question remaining is whether Krista is strong enough to get out of her own way and let the metamorphosis manifest.
Hell’s Kitchen (s/FOX): Tuesday, July 26 at 8pm ET/PT/MT (7CT)
Carrie and Elise continue to butt heads and frustrations flare on the Red Team after the loss of their first member. The next morning, the chefs are feeling a little cooped up when they discover they’ll have to chase and catch chickens to determine which ingredients they’ll be able to use for the next challenge – preparing four chicken dishes using a different cooking method for each. The winners will land a coveted feature in People Magazine alongside Chef Ramsay. That night, the chefs prepare to serve some very special guests during dinner service - world champion volleyball players Misty May Treanor and Jen Kessy and Olympic gold-medal swimmers Mark Spitz and Janet Evans. But, once again, things are off to a rough start with rubbery scallops and raw Wellingtons – food not fit for champion athletes.

Murdoch Mysteries: Wednesday, July at 27 at 10pm ET/PT (8MT, 9CT)
A telephone operator, Tess Moffatt (Rachel Wilson), takes a liking to Constable George Crabtree but becomes a headache for Detective Murdoch after she hears what appears to be the strangulation death of a young woman over the telephone lines. Tess fancies herself an amateur sleuth and has cried wolf before. Inspector Brackenreid, in the midst of a “makeover” at the hands of his political advisor Isaac Lowe (Graham Abbey), resists Murdoch’s wish to pursue Tess’s latest report. But then a murder victim is discovered, vindicating Tess, and a second body – tortured to death – is also found. Crabtree and Tess grow closer as they work to solve the murders, but it’s Murdoch’s improvised telephone wire-tapping technology that uncovers an elaborately constructed criminal enterprise and a psychotic killer who will stop at nothing to preserve it.
