An Exciting One-Hour Special Citytv Broadcast That Follows The Journey of 56 Local Calgary Hockey Teams as They Compete in the First Annual Breakfast Television Outdoor Classic Tournament
(CALGARY, AB. – March 15th, 2011) – Local youth hockey players from the Calgary area faced off at ice rinks throughout the city from February 21st-25th, participating in the first ever BT Outdoor Classic. Now, see all the highlights of the exciting tournament when The Road to the BT Outdoor Classic premieres Saturday, March 19th from 6-7pm.

The Road to BT Outdoor Classic captures all the excitement of the four day, local competition. Highlights include memorable moments from the tournament, interviews with Breakfast Television personalities Tara, Andrew and Jill, Calgary Flames players and Olympic hockey legend Hayley Wickenheiser; and the final showdown on the NHL Heritage Classic Ice at McMahon Stadium. Plus - catch appearances by Craig Conroy, Theo Fleury and Martin Gelinas and the amazing kids who competed in The BT Outdoor Classic.

The puck drops Saturday, March 19th from 6-7pm with an encore presentation Sunday, March 20th from 7-8pm.
