The Bachelor (s/ABC): Monday, February 28 at 8pm ET/PT (7CT, 9MT)
A once-in-a-lifetime adventure begins as Brad sweeps the final three bachelorettes — Ashley H., Chantal and Emily — away to travel to South Africa. The Bachelor begins his South African journey on exclusive safari with an excited Chantal, who can't wait to explore the African wilderness with him. The next day Brad fulfills one of Emily's dreams — a private elephant ride for two. On his final date of the week, Brad surprises Ashley H. with an incredible helicopter tour over the magnificent South African landscape. Later, at the rose ceremony, Brad makes a jaw-dropping choice. Then Brad and the final two women toast to their final destination, Cape Town, South Africa, and the opportunity to meet Brad's family.

Back in the office, Jenna and Harry's relationship gets rocky when Harry makes a hurtful comment.

The Biggest Loser: Couples (s/NBC): Tuesday, March 1 at 8pm ET/PT (7CT, 9MT)
The contestants all go home for two weeks with each player returning to emotional reunions with friends and family. When contestants come back to the ranch, they compete in a 5K challenge on a treadmill just as they did in the first episode of the season, but this time, they’re going to run the 5K all by themselves. And just as before, each will pick who they want to train them – Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels or Cara Castronuova and Brett Hoebel—in the order in which they finish the challenge. Then a few contestants reach milestones at the weigh-in, after which another player is sent packing.
